Working principle
Blow molding: Heating and melting plastic raw materials through an extruder, and then extruding them into tubular shaped blanks. The billet is clamped in the mold and expanded by blowing compressed air to fit the inner wall of the mold, forming the desired shape of a plastic container.
Filling: After the container is formed, the filling system injects a certain amount of liquid product into the container through the filling head. The filling methods usually include time pressure metering, weighing, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the filling volume.
Sealing: After filling is completed, the sealing mechanism seals the container. Common sealing methods include heat sealing, screw sealing, etc., to ensure the sealing and packaging integrity of the product.
