SP100-2 small tablet counting machine is an ideal special equipment for counting, bottling and bagging drugs or food, such as capsules, tablets and granules, widely used in  pharmaceutical, research units, laboratories, small and medium scale production line.  

The contact parts of drugs are made of SS304, which ensures the cleanness of the packaging articles and meets the GMP requirements.  

The machine uses electromagnetic vibration device to count drugs. When the bottle isn't placed at the discharge port, the counting plate does not rotate. When the bottle is placed at the discharge port, the motor drives the plate to rotate so that the drugs can enter into the bottle automatically.

Operation

1. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch and make the power light on.  

2. Adjust the vibration adjusting switch to the appropriate position to make the electromagnetic vibration reach the appropriate intensity;  

3. Turn on the motor switch of the counting plate and adjust the speed control knob of the plate to make the rotating speed of the turntable reach the appropriate speed; if the plate does not stop when the speed is slowed down, the delay time of the delay device behind will be lengthened; if the plate stops twice when the speed is increased, the delay time of the later delayer will be shortened. If it works properly, it doesn't have to be adjusted.  

4. Put in appropriate amount of capsules (tablets), and check that there are capsules (tablets) in each number of holes before bottling;  

5.When bottling, put the bottle at the outlet of capsule (tablet), gently touch the microswitch with finger or bottle mouth, and the counting plate will start to rotate, so that all capsules (tablets) fall into the bottle, and the counting plate will automatically stop rotating, and the bottle filling is completed.
